Here is a beautiful home ideal for reunions or retreats for the large family, club, or group. Why stay at expensive motels or commercial cabins when everything you need is ready?

We have had several groups use our home as a base to do day trips exploring the wonders of Wayne County, Utah: fishing, hiking, biking, boating, ATVing, photography, and simply relaxing. Capitol Reef is just minutes away, and Lake Powell and the slot canyons of Escalante are within an easy drive. The area is a dream for the angler, hunter, and any outdoor enthusiast.

When: April-November. There is a three-day minimum, up to 10 days.

Where: Fremont, Utah, at mile marker 6 on Highway 72 - just below Fish Lake, five miles from Loa.

What:

Rent this rustic house, and the bunkhouse if you need it.

Main house: (1,200 sq, ft) has up to 6 beds and two bathrooms.
Bunkhouse: (1,750 sq. ft.) has an additional 8 beds and two bathrooms with showers. Cots can also be set up.
Trailer: Sleeps 3-4.

Amenities:

Covered patio with barbecue, large yard, and a fire pit for evening campfires.
House has washer-dryer, internet connection, spacious kitchen, and two refrigerators.
Sleeps up to 16 (and more with cots).
Four bathrooms and showers.
Lots of gated parking space.

Nearby fishing: Within 2-15 miles there are five trout streams and over 80 lakes. Fish Lake has huge brown trout and lake trout to 45 lbs. Boulder Mountain is a world-class brook trout fishery. 50-fish days are not uncommon. We will provide info and maps to all the best fishing or hiking areas.
