It's mid June and the Utah Outdoors Team hit the road to take up the invitation to come down to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and see the new improvements and take a ride in their unique sand and area. How could we say no...
A few phone calls and we had a 31 foot, double tip out motor home and 4 ATV's lined up for the trip. (Make sure and visit our Sponsors listed later in the article and tell them thanks for supporting our show!) For those not familiar with the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park area, is is located near Kanab, Utah in the south western corner of the State.

Rippling arcs of rust-colored sand welcome you as you enter Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Contrasted by blue skies, juniper and pinion pines, and steep red cliffs, the park is a wonderful place for camping, photography, off-highway vehicle riding, and playing in the sand. As the only major sand dune field on the Colorado Plateau, this park is a unique geologic feature that should not be missed.
Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park offers picnic areas, camping facilities, ADA accessible boardwalks, and a concessionaire service.
There are many things to do and see in the area. Nearby features include Cedar Breaks National Monument, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Lake Powell, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon.
